Commercial Account Handler - Corporate Accounts

Job Summary: We are currently recruiting for an experienced Account Handler within our Corporate Operations Team. In this role, you will service a commercial portfolio of customers & provide end-to-end servicing to a panel of Corporate customers. This role will be pivotal to retaining profitable existing business and generating new business where possible. Key Responsibilities: - Provide ongoing servicing to existing clients and closely manage the relationships throughout the renewal cycle to ensure retention of the account – outside of this strategically communicate with customers as required. - Analyse customer needs and cover and identify any opportunities to strengthen their risk management structures. - Identify cross-selling opportunities for the Sales team where possible. - Market and present customer accounts to insurers and negotiate premiums in turn on their behalf. - Collect and submit any additional information required by underwriters and follow up to ensure placement of the risk. - Input all information correctly onto Applied Rela...
