Description C&C Boiler Sales and Service, Inc. is seeking a qualified Service Coordinator to join our team. We specialize in power plant, heating, mechanical contracting, and industrial products including packaged boilers, industrial burners, heat exchangers, and other boiler plant equipment for various applications. C&C Boiler provides new product sales, service, parts, technical support, testing, and training throughout Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Receive calls from all customers and respond to all requests in a timely manner - Maintain open communication with the technicians throughout the day in order to effectively schedule and meet the customer’s needs - Schedule manpower to complete services and advise customer - Ensure timely scheduling of PM Inspections to meet PM compliance requirements - Utilize all available information to properly schedule technicians - Establish work order with all necessary information - Maintain customer contact information in database to ensure correct correspondence - Maintain email requests, keep up to date and ensure timely responses - Review expense reports for assigned t...
