Overview NaphCare is hiring an experienced Dental Director to support our patients residing in with the Arizona Department of Corrections Rehabilitation and Reentry (ADCRR) facilities. As the Dental Director , you will oversee clinical operations, quality of care, and staff performance at various facility sites of the Arizona Department of Corrections Rehabilitation and Reentry (ADCRR). Responsibilities: The Dental Director is responsible for overseeing the dental program and ensuring quality dental care is provided to protect the rights, dignity, and health of our unique patient population. Responsibilities may include and not be limited to: - Developing and implementing dental services policies, procedures and protocols - Performing direct dental care services for the patients in residence - Ensuring compliance with State and Federal mandates and regulations, including court mandates and standards - Directs daily dental operations, manages clinic workflows, and ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (e.g., OSHA, HIPAA, FQHC guidelines). - Collaborating on with other medical professionals to ensure staff are responsive to patients’ needs - Training, supervis...
