About the Job The Fleet Supervisor is responsible for supervising and providing direct leadership to a team of fleet maintenance personnel while overseeing the daily workflow of vehicle maintenance and repair of a fleet size of 100 assets , all CNG vehicles with an average fleet age of less than five years . Based at the North Huntingdon, PA location, this position operates on second shift, Monday through Friday, starting at 1:00 PM , with occasional Saturdays based on site needs . The Fleet Supervisor manages eight direct reports , including six Technicians, one Technician Assistant, and one Welder , and is responsible for assigning work, prioritizing repairs, and maintaining productivity standards. After 4:00 PM , the Fleet Supervisor serves as the sole on‑site manager/supervisor , requiring strong independent decision‑making, leadership, and operational oversight. This role ensures compliance with safety standards, supports preventive and corrective maintenance programs, and acts as a key point of contact for after‑hours operational needs.
