Job Summary: Operates machines and production equipment independently in accordance with quality and productivity requirements safely in a manufacturing environment and may instruct or coach others. This role will make an impact in the following ways: - Operate equipment to manufacture and assemble products to required specifications - Perform quality inspections and follow standard work, SPC, and process documentation - Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including routine housekeeping and equipment care - Adhere to Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures, including proper PPE use - Achieve production goals and work to defined cycle times and engineering standards - Support team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with training and development In order to be successful in this role you will need the following: Production Associate Level III - Assembly Lead: This role will have a 50% administrative side and 50% on the shop floor side.
