ROLE OVERVIEW: We are seeking a seasoned Audio Visual Solutions & Practice Lead to spearhead our AV and workplace collaboration practice. This leader will drive strategy, build high-performing teams, and deliver innovative conference room, event support, and collaboration solutions for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate blends deep technical expertise with business acumen to grow revenue, forge strategic partnerships, and ensure world-class service delivery. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead, mentor, and scale a team of architects, and technologists across conference room, live event, and workplace collaboration domains. Define the AV practice vision and roadmap; establish standards, best practices, and reusable solution frameworks for enterprise clients. Build and deliver compelling customer presentations, solution demos, and proposals that articulate business value and technical differentiation. Drive go-to-market strategy for AV and workplace collaboration offerings, including pricing, packaging, and competitive positioning.
