Job Title Electrical Maintenance Tech III Current Journeyman or Master Electrician License (Texas) – Required Compensation $65/hr Location Midland, Hwy 80 Schedule 5/2 – 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM: On-call rotation Target Start Date ASAP – May 2026 Scope Overview Support field electrical maintenance activities and electrical isolation (LOTO) for lighting, air conditioning, and motor systems. This role is responsible for executing both preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure maximum equipment reliability and operational uptime. Tasks & Responsibilities - Perform electrical maintenance and troubleshooting on field equipment - Execute Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures for safe isolation of systems - Plan and carry out scheduled preventive and breakdown maintenance - Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors as required - Ensure compliance with Management of Change (MOC) processes for plant modifications - Identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency, and process improvements - Maintain high SSHE standards and promote safe work practices - Utilize Observation Safety Techniques (OST) to report safe/unsafe conditions - Participate in waste management practices - Attend daily operat...
