Company: Mercer Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our Global Mobility Solutions team at Mercer Marsh Benefits. Ideally the successful candidate for this role will be based in Dublin and this is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. Business Support Analyst The Global Mobility Solutions team within MMB Europe provides advice and solutions to multinational clients in international health insurance and group risk solutions. Within your role you’ll be managing policy administration including Membership adjustments & audits, invoicing, queries (claims & benefits) as part of a friendly and experienced team who will support and train you. You play a key part in the renewal and new business process including drafting & executing quotation requests and supporting the creation of recommendation reports. Additionally, you will be exposed to a variety of challenges such as supporting the consulting team in gathering, organising, entering, and analysing data using Excel spreadsheets to be used for various client projects.
