This role will primarily support partner and vendor contracting, while also assisting with a broad range of legal initiatives, including intellectual property matters and other strategic projects. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong contract review and analysis skills, excellent project management capabilities, and a passion for driving process improvements and operational efficiencies in a fast-paced, SaaS environment. This individual will work closely with attorneys and collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Product/Engineering, Information Security, Sales, IT, Marketing, Accounting/Finance, and other business partners to help scale and support nCino’s growing global operations.
