The position requires supporting the kitchen team by ensuring proper handling of dishes, utensils, and cleaning equipment, as well as performing various side duties to contribute to efficient service operations. Essential Functions: Dishwashing & Cleaning: Wash all dishes, kitchen utensils, and restaurant instruments in a timely and sanitary manner. Ensure dishes are returned to their designated areas for proper use and storage. Kitchen Sanitation: Keep the kitchen, food preparation areas, and storage spaces clean and orderly to meet health and safety standards. Perform routine cleaning of kitchen equipment, counters, and floors before, during, and at the end of the shift. Side Work: Assist with additional kitchen duties such as stocking supplies, organizing storage areas, and preparing for upcoming shifts.
