Job description

Wharton-Smith, Inc. is currently seeking an experienced Business Intelligence and Solutions Engineer to work in the Business Intelligence & Solutions Division in the Sanford, FL or Tampa, FL area. This is a fully on-site role. Remote work is not available. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis and must not require employer sponsorship now or in the future. Primary Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models while building and optimizing Power Automate workflows to support and automate business processes. - Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective technical solutions, integrating data from multiple sources with a focus on accuracy, security, and performance. - Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance reports and automated workflows to ensure reliability and efficiency, while documenting solutions and standards to support scalability and knowledge sharing. - Stay current with Power Platform updates and best practices in a fast-paced environment, with a strong interest in learning Power Apps and adopting additional technologies as busi...
