Job description

Under general supervision, break down, clean and sanitize bar outlets. (The following statements are intended as general illustrations of the work in this job class and are not all inclusive for specific positions.) 1. Clean various bars as assigned or according to rotating schedule. 2. Clean service stations, including drains, counters, dispensing guns, ice bins, boots and speed racks. 3. Replace and stock bag in the box (BIB) as required for beverage operations. 4. Responsible for dispersing glassware to proper bars and outlets. 5. Clean and maintain equipment, including soda nozzles, coffee machine, trash cans, coolers and cabinets. 6. Maintain stockroom cleanliness, including cleaning all shelves. 7. Maintain par levels by using par list and delivering to warehouse. 8. Clean glass washer and drains. 9. Assist in major breakdown and re-assembly of bar's stock and setup. 10. Assist beverage staff with various tasks as needed, and provide bartenders with needed items. 11. Observes Health Department regulations regarding food handling, storage, proper temperature, and cleanliness of work environment. 12.
