Role: Business Analyst – Power BI & Microsoft Fabric Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum Location: Colchester, Essex: Your Role: - Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports aligned to agreed KPIs and business priorities. - Translate business questions into clear, outcome focused analytical outputs for operational, tactical, and strategic decision making. - Ensure dashboards are intuitive, consistent, and focused on insight rather than raw data. - Work closely with IT and technical colleagues to consume data sets surfaced through Microsoft Fabric and related platforms. - Validate data definitions, logic, and accuracy to maintain trust in reporting outputs. - Feed business insight requirements into the ongoing evolution of data models and reporting structures. - Identify opportunities to improve reporting, reduce manual processes, and increase self-service access to...
