What success looks like in this role: Job Profile Summary The OCM Analyst (Fresher) supports organizational change initiatives that help leaders, teams, and organizations understand, adopt, and embrace changes across business processes, systems, technology, and organizational structures. Working as part of the Unisys Organizational Change Management (OCM) team, this role contributes to communication, training, engagement, and stakeholder‑focused activities that enable successful change adoption.
