A Day in Your Life at MKS: The Manager of North America Warehouse & Distribution is the strategic and operational leader for a network of 12 warehouse and distribution facilities across Massachusetts, Arizona, Mexico, New York, Colorado, and Oregon. This role owns the performance of the North American distribution network, ensuring optimal safety, productivity, inventory accuracy, service-level achievement, and operational excellence across all locations. The Manager partners closely with the Sr. Manager of Global Distribution Continuous Improvement to build and execute the long-term distribution roadmap—enabling scalability, automation, standardization, Lean transformation, and operational maturity across the network. This role serves as a leader within Global Supply Chain, supporting strategy, shaping operational priorities, and driving long-term capability development.
