Sun River Health is currently seeking a Full Time Maintenance Technician I to join our team in our Wappingers Falls, NY site. Under general supervision uses limited experience and judgement to Performs a variety of building and maintenance duties; operate hand and power tools Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Minimum Education Requirement: High school diploma/ GED - Performs maintenance tasks related to basic lighting, plumbing and structure of the sites - Moves furniture or equipment and supplies around health center as directed - Maintains the outside areas of Sun River Health sites as needed including sidewalks and parking lots such as snow removal, etc - Coverage of after-hours emergencies - Perform basic rough carpentry and plumbing functions - Operate gas-powered equ...
