Scientist or Sr. Scientist , Macon, GA Arclin is seeking talent for a Scientist or Sr. Scientist role to be filled at a level commensurate with previous work experience . The research position will be located in Macon, GA. This position will be reporting to the R&T Director, and will be focused on driving profitable growth through the development, refinement, and application development of highly relevant and differentiated, value-added chemical products. The chemical researcher will leverage both hard and soft skills including technical acumen, creativity, problem solving, project management, communication, mentorship, and collaboration within a fast-paced team environment. Job Responsibilities: - Maintains a clean and safe lab environment in compliance with company health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures. Assists R&D Director in: - Overseeing day-to-day assigned project activities . - Monitoring and reporting on overall project progress - Critically reviewing technical literature to understand the prior art pertinent to the team’s development projects - Compiling of data and write-up of illustrative examples needed to support the filing of Patent Applications. -...
