Job description

The team member in this position is responsible for accurately counting and recording assigned funds and making exchanges of funds. HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY: Must keep cash drawer balanced and secured when not in use. Issue player cards for new and existing accounts and issue any benefits and marketing related perks from those player card accounts. Encourage guests to sign up for the Caesars Rewards Visa card. Assist and/or maintain the balance of the NRT kiosks, ATM’s and JDU (Jackpot Dispensing Units). Preparing and receiving funds to/from the frontline team members. Receive or disburse funds to Caesars Sportsbook. Process No ID Jackpots as necessary from the main bank. Prepare bank deposits as needed and receiving funds from bank. Assist the CRC Leadership team in ensuring that straps/bundles of currency in the main bank are rotated/re-strapped as needed. Verify drops from slots, table games and other outlets as needed. Plans, organizes and completes work timely Takes initiatives, shows ownership and goes above and beyond to assist guests with their needs Accepts feedback and coaching from supervisors A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
