About the role Mater Hospital Brisbane is seeking an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Clinical Nurse to join our Planned Care team in a permanent full-time role working within the Mater Referral Hub. The Mater Referral Hub receives and processes all public outpatient referrals, for Mater Hospital Brisbane and Mater Hospital Springfield. New patient referrals are received from various sources (predominately GP and specialist) and are clinically screened using endorsed guidelines and are registered and waitlisted on the relevant (Mater) facility’s waiting list. This role is pivotal in enabling the right care, in the right place, at the right time, maximising capacity and ensuring effective allocation of resources through a patient-centred approach. Salary range: $54.44 - $58.30 per hour plus superannuation and access to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15,900 + access to many staff benefits!
