WPM is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead the maintenance operations at 1111 Light Street and Heath Street Apartments. The Service Manager will oversee daily maintenance operations, schedule and manage contractors and vendors, handle work orders and apartment turns, and ensure resident concerns are addressed promptly.
