Job Purpose & Position Overview: - Serve as a resource to staff, both clinically and administratively in the absence of department leadership. Serves as member of the management team. Coordinates with senior leadership and departmental managers to effectively provide care for the patients, their families and ensure a safe work environment for staff members. Manages staffing and creates appropriate assignments for staff.
