What we need: The Manager Production is a first-level manager that leads a team of employees focused on supporting the Production function by overseeing the production planning, staffing, and day-to-day manufacturing operations in a cost-effective manner. This role manages operational functions, prioritizes production, delivers on budget requirements, and effectively achieves departmental goals with an emphasis on leadership and growth.
