Job Description Summary: The Simulationist acts as a collaborator in the design, development, management and measurement of outcomes based experiential learning initiatives across the OhioHealth System. This includes facilitating learning through all forms of experiential learning including high fidelity simulation; computer based training and bedside teaching. The Simulationist is responsible for the collection of outcomes data that would demonstrate a value for the system. Responsibilities And Duties: 1. 25- 40% Acts with full autonomy in consulting, designing, developing and implementing experiential learning to achieve measurable outcomes.
