We are an employee-focused, equal opportunity employer and would love to have you join our team. The Job Details: US Cold Storage is looking for a SharePoint Administrator to join our team. Reporting directly to the IT Operations & Communications Manager, the SharePoint Administrator will support all business areas with the objective of maximizing effective communications and business processes using SharePoint. This candidate will be responsible for technology initiatives, technically build and administer all SharePoint sites, workflow tools, team sites and related technologies. Responsibilities: - Train, troubleshoot and provide user support for all users of SharePoint. - Add/Delete/Modify user rights within SharePoint. - Add/Delete/Modify SharePoint sites and related applications - Regular review, cleanup, management and configuration of SharePoint content and sites. - Maintain operational documentation detailing technical environment, configuration and support processes. - Monitor SharePoint trends (e.g. site usage and growth, dis...
