Job Title: Manufacturing Operator, Sat, Sun, Wed (6 am to 6 pm) Job Description: Position Summary: The Manufacturing Operator is the first point of contact on the production and is expected to have technical, analytical judgement to support and assist our highly automated manufacturing process. They are critical contributor in providing efficient and continuous improvement on the production floor. The Nova Manufacturing Operator I position is responsible for safely operating production equipment to process a membrane. Operators are responsible for maintaining highly automated and advanced manufacturing in order to manufacture a highly complex membrane. The individual contributor will be trained to safely operate and analyze the process and train others to do the same. The position requires, technical ability, machine troubleshooting teamwork, and problem-solving skills and a willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
