Pre-Sales Technical Manager

What you will do. A glimpse in your role: The Pre-Sales Technical Manager is responsible for supporting gateway and integration projects across Europe. The role requires strong expertise in the payments industry, including deep knowledge of card payment systems and card scheme standards, as well as experience with POS systems and hotel PMS applications. This position acts as a key technical partner to client-facing teams—such as Sales, Account Management, and Partnerships—by providing technical guidance, supporting new business opportunities, and ensuring successful integration for existing clients. The Pre-Sales Technical Manager also leads and coordinates the RFI/RFP process in collaboration with internal stakeholders, including Sales Engineering, Finance, Legal, Product, and other relevant departments.
