What You’ll Do: - Deliver accurate, prompt, and friendly service to members in-branch and via phone. - Engage in meaningful conversations, listen to members’ needs, and help them achieve their financial goals. - Advise on a variety of financial solutions, including lending and deposit products. - Build new and enhance existing member relationships. - Refer members to teammates for specialized assistance. - Complete branch operations tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
