Role overview: We're looking for a highly organised Resource Manager to join our growing digital agency team. This is a newly created permanent role that reflects the continued growth of the business and the increasing complexity of managing resources across multiple client workstreams. The Resource Manager will play a central role in ensuring that our internal teams are effectively planned, scheduled and utilised across all client projects – this may include creative, development and strategy roles. You'll be confident operating independently, capable of building strong relationships across departments, and comfortable balancing immediate delivery priorities with longer-term resource planning.
