Purpose of the Role: As a Trainee Coordinator, you will support the Race Logistics team with day-to-day logistics, stock control and parts management activities, developing practical experience across core Race Team logistics functions within a Formula 1 environment. The role is designed for an early‑career individual looking to build foundational knowledge in race car parts logistics, stock control, lifing and event support, while contributing to the effective delivery of Race Team programmes both at and away from the McLaren Technology Centre (MTC). The role may involve unsociable hours, weekend work and the possibility of event attendance.
