About the role Up to £30,000 dependent on experience | Full Time | On site We are looking for a proactive and detail‑orientated QA Officer to join the Tangerine Group Quality team. Reporting to the QA Manager , you will play a key role in ensuring products and processes meet the highest quality standards across the business. You’ll be responsible for coordinating QA activities, investigating issues, maintaining compliance with GMP requirements and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. This is a varied and hands‑on role, working cross‑functionally with teams including Production, R&D, Regulatory Affairs and Customer Services. What you’ll be doing: As QA Officer, you will support the delivery of high quality standards across the Group, with responsibilities including: Complaints & investigations Managing and investigating customer complaints and returned stock Identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventative actions (CAPA) Escalating any potential SARs/SAEs and supporting investigation processes Document control & quality systems: Managing document updates, change requests and controlled documentation Supporting artwork control and quality system improvem...
