Description Job ID: AH9946-2305-1925: Position Classification: FT Administrative Hourly: Position Summary: The oversight of Shiple Hall. Including but not limited to: RA supervisor, Conduct Hearting Officer, After Hours Duty response, community development. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Organize and facilitate regularly scheduled staff meetings, individual meetings with the director, individual meetings with staff members and Residence Life meetings. - Provide leadership to an area staff in the achievement of the programmatic goals and objectives of that area with supervision of hall staff. - Serve as a judicial hearing officer for Residence Life. - Serve as on call staff for Residence Life on a rotation basis for nights, weekends, and holidays. Additionally, coordinate and support for emergencies and serious incidents. - Assist with the overall departmental functions: Including office operations, staff selection and training and development, implementing and enforcing policies and procedures, recognition, and evaluation. - Assist in the professional staff responsibilities of all residential openings and closings. - Perform other duties as assigned.
