Job description

The Senior Director of Enterprise Device Operations is responsible for the execution, governance, and operational excellence of enterprise wide device management. This leader oversees the deployment, assignment, lifecycle management, and operational processes for all corporate devices across the environment. While they do not own the ServiceNow or Armis platforms, they influence and partner closely with the platform owners to ensure the tools support device operations, asset accuracy, risk visibility, and compliance. The role ensures that device operations are efficient, secure, scalable, and aligned with enterprise technology and security standards. Enterprise Device Operations Leadership: Lead enterprise-wide device deployment, provisioning, assignment, lifecycle management, and decommissioning processes. Ensure all device operations adhere to established security, compliance, and asset management standards. Drive maturity improvements across device tracking, operational readiness, compliance posture, and fleet health.
