Description Mary McDowell Friends School (MMFS) invites applications for a full-time Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Integrator beginning August 2026. Position Overview: The DEI Integrator supports the mission of the school by coordinating the implementation of MMFS diversity and equity efforts throughout the school, including faculty recruitment, development, and retention, student recruitment and retention, curriculum, and school life culture. Communication: - Provide leadership in the areas of diversity, equity, and inclusion. - Collaborate with administrators, faculty, staff, families, and students to implement the diversity and equity action plan. - Create an environment that invites students, families, faculty, administrators, and staff to bring their voices to the conversation and to listen in a respectful and caring manner. - Improve MMFS's effectiveness in expanding and retaining students, families, faculty, and staff to better reflect the diversity of New York City and beyond. - Work with faculty and staff to embed DEIJ skills across the curriculum. - Serve as a resource for faculty in the area of student support. - Promote best practices with respect to diversity...
