Job Summary: We are looking for a Purchase Order Review Clerk that will be responsible for reviewing customer purchase orders. Job Requirements: - Review customer purchase orders and compare the information to the ERP system. - Responsible for reviewing all customer purchase orders carefully and accurately for confirmation into the company ERP system. - Regularly access customer portals to acquire latest revisions of documents as stated on customer purchase orders. - Maintain and update electronic work instructions (Q clause). - Notify in writing any discrepancies found when reviewing the purchase order for corrections. and/or additional information needed from the customer. - Work closely with the CSS’s and other sales staff to provide support as needed. - Correct and modify inaccurate files or...
