- Job Title: Warehouse Specialist Department: Warehouse / Supply Chain: Location: Irving, Texas: Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor / Supply Chain Manager Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 48 hours per week, with flexibility based on operational needs Position Summary: This role is responsible for end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, storage, inventory control, safety, and equipment handling. The position ensures material accuracy, system-data alignment (SAP), efficient material flow, and supports production and customer delivery through disciplined execution and cross-functional coordination. This role also requires hands-on forklift operation as part of daily warehouse activities. Key Responsibilities: Manage incoming and outgoing materials. Verify quantities, check packaging integrity, and follow internal receiving/inspection standards for inbound materials. Ensure all outbound shipments meet packaging, labeling, and customer requirements. Organize and manage warehouse storage layout.
