Position Overview: As a part of the school support team, the School Social Worker will work collaboratively with the rest of the student support team as well as the administrative staff to assist in the operational functions of the school. The School Social Worker will help provide a safe, comfortable and positive learning environment for all students to be able to reach their goals. The School Social Worker will also be able to collaborate and plan with the special education teachers, case manager and the general education teachers through consultative services as well as through accommodations and modifications.
