Position Summary The Renovations, Turns & Service (RTS) Maintenance Technician provides hands-on field support for both turn and maintenance operations across the assigned market. This role is responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of residential systems and components, self-performing the majority of required work to minimize vendor reliance and control costs. By delivering timely, high-quality repairs and contributing to turn-related activities, this role directly impacts property performance, resident satisfaction, and the company’s bottom line. This role requires an employee living in the Cleveland, Ohio area. Essential Functions: - Complete reactive maintenance work orders across the assigned portfolio in a timely and professional manner, prioritizing urgent and emergency requests - Inspect, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair a wide range of residential systems and components, including: - Plumbing - faucets, fixtures, toilets, water heaters, supply and drain lines, leaks - Electrical - outlets, switches, breakers, interior/exterior lighting, ceiling fans, GFCI troubleshooting - HVAC - basic diagnostics including thermostats, filters, batteries...
