CCL Label Healthcare & Specialty Buffalo is looking for motivated individuals with experience running flexographic presses on 3rd Shift (11 pm - 7 am)! Qualifications: Job Summary: The Press Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining flexographic printing presses to the necessary quality standard and efficiencies. Supervisory Responsibilities: None Duties/Responsibilities: - Set up, operate, and maintain a flexographic Press in a safe, efficient manner meeting all customer requirements (quality, safety, and on-time delivery). - Perform routine TPM (Total Preventative Maintenance) on equipment and necessary cleaning as required. - Works effectively with Press Helpers and Packagers. - Troubleshoot press problems and take corrective action to ensure job is completed to customer specifications. - Accurately report labor sheets, hour by hour tracking, and shift change turnover. - Train peers and new hires as assigned. - Complies with company, policies, procedures, and core processes. - Perform other duties as assigned by management.
