This role partners across business and technology teams identify high-value opportunities, translate business needs into scalable solutions, and manage a portfolio of projects that improve efficiency, decision-making, and operational performance. The ideal candidate brings strong program management experience along with practical fluency in automation, analytics, and emerging AI tools. This includes experience with platforms such as Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio, as well as familiarity with large language models (LLMs), agent development, Python, and other AI-enablement skills that support intelligent workflow design and delivery.
