Position Profile: The Overnight Peer Recovery Coach & Attendant provides support and acts as a resource to clients who are currently in the Milestone Residential Treatment Program, a 28-day treatment program in Portland, Maine. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Function as a member of the Milestone Residential Treatment Program (RTP) team which includes responsibilities such as the following: Schedule: 8:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m. Compensation: Compensation for this position rages from $20.00 - $22.00/hour, based on experience. Overnight shift differential is $2.50 per hour; overnight weekend differential is $5.00. Benefits: This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position with 4 weeks annual accrued PTO and 8 paid holidays.
