Hello! 👋🏽 At Factorial we’re looking for a Field Marketing Specialist for the German Market to help us accelerate our growth and take the company to the next level. The Role 🚀: We are looking for a Field Marketing Specialist to support the growth of Factorial in Germany , responsible for developing and executing field marketing programs and tradeshows that generate high-quality pipeline. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the regional Sales leadership, Sales and SDR teams , as well as the broader Marketing organization to ensure the successful planning, rollout, and follow-up of regional marketing initiatives. This position combines strategic planning and hands-on execution , requiring the ability to define a long-term demand generation vision while managing the day-to-day execution of multiple campaigns with a strong focus on demand generation KPIs. What will you be doing? 🧐 Design and execute the marketing plan for the German market , aligned with global company strategy and objectives.
