Gear and Media Coordinator

Job description

Description We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and technically proficient Gear & Media Coordinator to support our production team across all phases of production, from pre-production through post-production. This role is responsible for the oversight, management, and readiness of all production gear and media management. This includes camera, audio, lighting, and grip equipment; DIT and post-production computers and hard drives; as well as production-related hunt, camp, partnership, and field equipment. The Gear & Media Coordinator will be accountable for ensuring all gear is properly maintained, organized, prepared, and available to support production needs. This position is a key member of the MeatEater production team, ensuring crews are fully equipped and that all gear and media perform at peak efficiency across every production environment. Production gear and media are among our company’s most valuable and financially critical assets, making their management a top priority.
