The role requires a strong and mature background in KYC/AML , with proven experience managing high‑risk clients and complex corporate and legal structures , while ensuring full compliance with internal policies and regulatory frameworks. The ideal candidate brings 5–6 years of solid experience in KYC/AML functions, preferably within international banking or multinational environments , and demonstrates strong judgment when handling critical or escalated cases .
