JOB OVERVIEW: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst. This role combines responsibilities in finance, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and accounting. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with senior leadership and various departments to provide actionable insights and ensure financial accuracy and compliance. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly financial reports for management. - Assist with the monthly close process, including journal entries and account reconciliations. - Maintain and develop financial models and budgeting templates for management use. - Support the preparation and ongoing maintenance of budgets, forecasts, and financial projections. - Compile and analyze revenue/expense data to support business decisions and identify opportunities for efficiency. - Maintain lease software and prepare quarterly reports and journals. - Prepare various quarterly reports and flux analysis. - Prepare monthly consolidated financial statements for management. - Provide ad-hoc analysis and contribute to business process improvements across the organization.
