About the role: The Application Support role is responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of core business systems, including ERP, POS, and integrated retail platforms. Supporting day-to-day operations across retail, finance, supply chain, and eCommerce, this role plays a critical part in managing incidents, maintaining system configurations, and collaborating with internal teams and external vendors. The position also contributes to the successful delivery of technology initiatives through testing, coordination, and implementation support, helping drive reliable and efficient business outcomes.
