As the Senior HR Business Partner – Supply Chain, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the people strategy across our Supply Chain division. Partnering closely with Divisional Leadership, you will drive organisational effectiveness, talent development, and cultural alignment to support business growth and transformation. This is a hands-on, strategic role requiring strong commercial acumen, deep HR expertise, and a passion for enabling high performance in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. Key Responsibilities: Act as a trusted advisor to Divisional Directors and Managers, aligning HR strategies with business goals and performance metrics. Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and talent reviews to ensure the right capabilities are in place to meet current and future needs. Support change initiatives, organisational design, and cultural transformation to enhance agility, engagement, and operational excellence. Provide expert guidance on complex ER matters, fostering a positive employee relations climate and driving engagement across retail teams.
