Learfield is actively seeking a part-time Associate Coordinator to work on campus. Our highly valued Coordinators are a critical piece of our puzzle! Without their contributions, the property could not deliver on its commitments. We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Coordinator to provide the necessary support to our team! Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - Assist with game day and event operations and management, including set up of select in-venue signage, hospitality events/suites, and game day displays - Fulfillment of on and off-field/court promotions for corporate sponsors (displays, promotional handouts, contests, etc.) - Preparation of proposals/presentations using PowerPoint - Use of proprietary company system to assist with creating reports, providing analysis, market research, Filing and data entry - Communication with various departments of Athletics and promotions personnel as well as Sports Properties sales staff.
