Position Summary Nestled on the shores of Lake LBJ, Horseshoe Bay Resort is where luxury meets genuine Texas hospitality. As a Training Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our "paradise" by administering all training activities, developing engaging instructional content, and facilitating both classroom and online learning. This role is essential in driving associate engagement, supporting the Manager in Training (MIT) program, and ensuring our team is equipped to deliver world-class service. Essential Job Functions: - Onboarding & Orientation: Administer training processes for new associates, including Crescent-required and property-specific curricula, New Hire Orientation, and property tours. - Curriculum Development: Design and create training classes, seminars, and digital programs with clearly defined learning objectives. Write and modify instructional materials to keep programs current. - Program Management: Research and coordinate specialized training for all personnel levels (service, labor, technical, and management).
