Leidos is looking to grow our proposal team and add successful Principal Proposal Managers with experience with large Federal proposals. Primary Responsibilities: - Lead the proposal development process from pre-proposal phase through post-proposal submittal phases. - Establish compliant structure for solicitations. - Oversee schedules, outlines, proposal kickoffs, and solutioning sessions. - Interpret technical and management requirements of Federal Government solicitations (e.g., RFPs, RTEPs, TORs, RFIs) - Collaborate with executives, management teams, functional units, BD personnel, partners, and subject matter experts to provide proposal leadership, support, and overall direction - Maintain tight, proactive communication with proposal and business unit leadership to ensure all necessary resources and activities are available to achieve a successful proposal submission - Manage multiple proposal tasks with rapid turnaround deadlines - Ensure win strategy, compliance, and customer understanding are in the final proposal documents. - Facilitate proposal reviews and make recommendations to ensure compliance and increase proposal scorability. - Collaborate with all levels of the org...
