You will demonstrate strong craft and collaboration skills and are trusted to deliver quality experiences with minimal oversight. As a Senior UX Designer, you will contribute to defining product strategy through user insight and design direction, ensuring your team’s work aligns with user needs and business outcomes. You guide less experienced designers, helping them grow through feedback, mentoring, and example.
